Online ESL Companies that Hire Australians

So, this post has taken quite a while to get together, because there are so many companies out there and so much information that could be included here. In the end I decided to just get on with it and post already. The list below is by no means complete, but will give you a great starting point for looking for online ESL teaching job opportunities. (There will be a post with a more comprehensive listing and more details about the different companies at some point in the not too distant future, when my own work from home ventures aren’t taking up quite so much of my time!).

Please do be aware that just because I have listed a company below, does not mean that I personally endorse it. While I would absolutely NEVER post about a company I knew to be dodgy or unethical, the only online ESL company I have worked for and can personally recommend is DaDa. All of the other companies listed below are ones that are, to the best on my knowledge, legitimate companies offering legitimate work opportunities (knowledge gained from feedback and word of mouth shared amongst the active online ESL teacher community, and/or researching online reviews). It is, of course, up to you to thoroughly research any company you’re interested in working with, to make sure it’s the right opportunity for you.

Now, without further ado and in no particular order, the list of online ESL companies who hire Australian teachers:

SayABC:  learn more about SayABC here.

DaDa: learn more about DaDa here.

iTutorGroup: learn more about iTutorGroup here.

BOXFiSH: learn more about BOXFiSH here.

ALO7: Learn more about ALO7 here.

Palfish: Learn more about Palfish here.

Happy job hunting!!
